The Fine Print

A cleaning fee of US$200.00 per couple added to all bookings, up to 1 week. An additional US$150.00 is added for each other week. Cleaning charge for bookings of 3-4 people is US$275.00 per week.

*All bookings must be paid in advance, by Visa, MC, bank wire transfer, or check. (details will be provided to you).

*Booking cannot be guaranteed until rental agreement is signed and funds are received by Eluna.

*A fully refundable security deposit may apply at the time of booking.

*Provided there is no damage beyond regular wear, security deposits will be refunded with 4 business days.

*Check in is 2:30 pm and Check out is 11:00 am. Special arrangements can be made for odd hour flights when the villa is available.

*There is no lifeguard for the pool, ever. Please watch your friends and your children at all times. Swimming is at your own risk.

*Maximum of 4 Adults or 2 adults and 3 kids. A fee of US$85.00 per adult , per night will be charged for occupancy above 4 adults. Written approval from Eluna must be obtained to have more than 4 adults occupy the villa.

Refund Policy:

*Cancellations on or within 45 days of arrival will forfeit full booking fee. Cancellations from 60 – 46 days prior to arrival, a 50% refund will be issued. For cancellations prior to 60 days of arrival a full refund, less a 5% service charges with be issued.

*No refunds will be issued for Holiday Season bookings.
*No refunds will be issued for discounted rate bookings.

Note: One week consists of 7 nights weekend to weekend. Some exceptions will be made.
